Dr. Shalu Sheria is a CVO-licensed veterinarian with over 10 years of experience in companion and livestock care. She holds a Master’s in Veterinary Pharmacology and a CVMA Certificate of Qualification. After advancing her clinical career from Veterinary Assistant to Associate Veterinarian at Banwell Animal Hospital in Windsor, Dr. Sheria transitioned into private practice leadership, assuming sole ownership of Lacoste Animal Hospital in Brampton in April 2026. Outside of the clinic, she loves to spend her time with family and her son who keeps her busy at home.
Sanchit Kharwal is an accomplished healthcare management professional with over a decade of experience in optimizing clinical operations, driving quality improvement (CQI), and ensuring regulatory compliance. With a foundational background in clinical sciences and a Master of Public Health (MPH), Sanchit brings a sophisticated, evidence-based approach to the operational and administrative demands of veterinary practice management.
